Join Mercor as an experienced real estate sales agent and contribute your expertise to cutting-edge AI research. This contract opportunity allows you to work independently and remotely, supporting a leading AI lab in developing next-generation machine learning systems for real estate sales.

• Design and write realistic scenarios based on your professional real estate experience
• Create tasks involving property showings, client consultations, pricing negotiations, market analysis, and closing transactions
• Develop scenarios for buyer objections, comparative market analyses, lender and inspector coordination, staging advice, and multiple offer situations
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and professional standards
• Provide detailed feedback to enhance AI training in real estate sales

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales, strong written communication skills, and demonstrated professional recognition. The project is fully remote and asynchronous, offering flexible hours (20+ per week) over approximately 6 weeks. Compensation is hourly, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
