AfterQuery is looking for experienced Recreation Worker Experts to help shape the future of AI by designing and evaluating recreational programming challenges used to train advanced AI models. This is a fully remote, flexible contractor role where your hands-on expertise in recreation directly influences how AI understands and applies real-world activity planning principles.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recreation worker, activity coordinator, or in recreation program delivery.
• Strong understanding of activity planning, participant management, and community recreation principles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Kinesiology, Parks and Recreation, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
