• Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen contractors using regional channels such as LinkedIn, BOSS直聘, 104 Job Bank, WeChat, and alumni groups.
  • Communicate with candidates in Mandarin and English, guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Efficiently manage talent pipelines and deliver qualified candidates quickly.
• Requirements:
  • 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
  • Fluent Mandarin and strong English skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with AI recruiting tools.
