Recruiter at Mercor

Recruiter | $18–$60/hr | Worldwide Remote

Mercor is seeking experienced recruiters to join our team and help source, screen, and place top talent across technical and non-technical roles. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines and drive the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring criteria
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline volume, and conversion rates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, either agency or in-house
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with ATS tools and modern recruiting workflows
