Recruiter | $30–42/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are looking for a skilled and driven Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying top talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and helping build high-performing teams across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes efficiently and professionally
• Stay current on job market trends to inform sourcing strategies and candidate outreach
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team culture
• Leverage sales techniques to engage passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines

Required Skills

• Proven experience in sourcing and talent acquisition
• Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation abilities
• Solid interviewing skills with a structured, candidate-friendly approach
• Familiarity with current job market trends and hiring best practices
• Effective sales and communication skills to attract and engage top talent
