Key Responsibilities

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes efficiently and professionally
- Stay current on job market trends to inform sourcing strategies and candidate outreach
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team culture
- Leverage sales techniques to engage passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines
Required Skills

- Solid interviewing skills with a structured, candidate-friendly approach
