• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage job listings by creating, posting, and updating descriptions across various platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct pre-screen calls, and recommend qualified candidates.
• Serve as the primary contact for candidates, coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity and assist with recruitment metrics and process improvements.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure seamless workflows.

• Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or coordination roles (internships and entry-level experience considered).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Available for 40 hours per week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
