Registered Nurse (AI Data Labelling) | $60–$80/hr | Worldwide Remote

MERCOR is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI-powered healthcare products. In this flexible, remote contractor role, you'll apply your clinical expertise to review medical documentation, evaluate healthcare workflows, and help shape the future of healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and overall quality.
• Analyze healthcare workflows and recommend meaningful process improvements.
• Interpret patient records and clinical notes to support AI product development.
• Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases critical to model training.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to refine AI-driven healthcare tools.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, policies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 3–5+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and healthcare workflows.
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in CDI, case management, utilization review, or quality improvement.
• Prior exposure to healthcare technology, AI tools, or digital health products.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
