This is a fully remote, fully asynchronous contract role — work on your own schedule from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Do

• Develop and evaluate high-quality training data for advanced AI systems in the medical and clinical domain
• Apply your nursing knowledge to assess, annotate, and refine AI-generated medical content
• Contribute to improving the accuracy and safety of AI tools used in healthcare contexts

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing (ADN or BSN accepted)
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or comparable care setting
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate clinical reasoning
