What You'll Do

• Design systematic evaluation frameworks to assess medical AI systems
• Create realistic clinical scenarios that test AI reasoning and decision-making
• Build assessment methods that capture the nuance and complexity of real clinical practice
• Identify gaps in AI medical knowledge and reasoning capabilities
• Collaborate directly with AI researchers to drive meaningful improvements in model performance

What We're Looking For

• Licensed MD or DO in active clinical practice (any specialty welcome)
• Strong background in clinical decision-making and evidence-based medicine
• Genuine interest in the intersection of AI and healthcare
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Engagement Details

• Schedule: Flexible — up to 30 hours per week, designed to fit around your clinical commitments
• Duration: Initial 1-month engagement, with potential extensions based on performance and fit
• Location: Fully remote
