We are seeking credentialed Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to develop high-fidelity airway and ventilation scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate and refine model clinical judgment.

This is a fully remote, asynchronous contract role with weekly pay — ideal for experienced respiratory therapists looking to contribute their knowledge beyond the bedside.

What You'll Do

• Design and document realistic airway management and ventilation clinical scenarios
• Apply your acute care expertise to test and challenge AI model reasoning in respiratory medicine
• Clearly articulate clinical decision-making processes in written English for use in AI training and evaluation datasets
• Collaborate asynchronously with a remote team of medical and AI professionals

Requirements

• Active RRT credential from the NBRC with an unencumbered state license
• 2+ years of acute care experience as a respiratory therapist
• Strong depth in ventilator management, blood gas interpretation, and airway care
• Excellent written English communication for documenting clinical reasoning
• Availability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week
