• Apply strong edge-case reasoning to develop guidelines that handle nuanced customer scenarios

• Design and refine CX processes that scale effectively across teams
• Produce written documentation with a high degree of precision and clarity
• Leverage deep retail and e-commerce domain knowledge to inform policy decisions
