AfterQuery is looking for experienced Retail Manager Experts to help shape the future of AI by designing and evaluating real-world retail management scenarios. This is a flexible, remote contractor role where your hands-on expertise directly influences how AI models understand and navigate complex store operations.

What You'll Do

• Create and refine retail management challenges used to train and evaluate AI models.
• Design realistic leadership scenarios covering team supervision, sales floor operations, and customer service situations.
• Assess AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and alignment with proven retail management principles.
• Help bridge the gap between real-world retail expertise and cutting-edge AI development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a retail manager, department manager, or shift supervisor with a strong grasp of retail operations and team leadership.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with a sharp attention to detail.
