Role Overview

We are looking for retail domain experts with 5+ years of experience to create realistic, profession-based prompts and tasks. Your work will be used to evaluate AI model responses on day-to-day retail operations, sales workflows, and customer-facing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic, first-person prompts based on actual retail job workflows
• Design tasks that reflect real-world retail and sales scenarios
• Select and incorporate relevant public data and documents as input files
• Ensure prompts are clear, specific, and aligned to the occupation
• Review tasks for accuracy, completeness, and real-world relevance

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Pharmacy, Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of real-world workflows in retail or a related profession
• Ability to convert work scenarios into structured, high-quality prompts
