Mercor is seeking freelance contributors to analyze B2B SaaS platform outputs and transform them into high-quality training data. This short-term, part-time engagement is perfect for professionals comfortable with productivity tools and CRM platforms.

Role Overview

You'll interpret data from platforms like Slack, Linear, and Salesforce, then create structured prompts, responses, rubrics, and documentation to improve business workflows and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data from B2B SaaS platforms (Slack, Linear, Salesforce, etc.)
• Generate high-quality prompts and golden responses based on platform outputs
• Draft evaluation rubrics and edge case documentation
• Ensure clarity and consistency across prompt guidelines and deliverables
• Maintain accuracy in writing across multiple assignments
• Work independently following structured guidelines

Ideal Qualifications

• Proficiency with task management tools (Linear, Jira), messaging apps (Slack, Teams), or CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics)
• Experience writing prompts, training data, or instructional content
• Strong written communication and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently

Opportunity Details

• Fully remote and asynchronous—set your own hours
• Expected commitment: 15–20 hours per week
• Initial duration: ~2 weeks with possible extension up to 6 weeks
• Independent contractor arrangement
