Sales Development Representative | $30–42/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach, cold calling, and prospecting — playing a critical part in fueling our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling
• Research and target potential clients to build a strong, consistent pipeline
• Engage decision-makers through phone, email, and other outreach channels
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and leads within the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and pipeline progression
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach and qualification targets

Required Skills

• B2B Sales experience with a proven track record
• Strong cold calling and objection-handling abilities
• Proficiency in prospecting techniques and lead generation strategies
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

This is a contractor role offering competitive hourly compensation between $30 and $42/hr, with the flexibility of fully remote work.
