Sales & Marketing Expert at Mercor

Mercor is seeking experienced sales and marketing professionals to partner with a leading AI research lab on a high-impact, short-term project. This role focuses on advancing AI capabilities in market analysis, brand strategy, and sales optimization by evaluating and refining AI-generated outputs for real-world application.

• Review AI-generated marketing strategies, sales playbooks, and campaign proposals for accuracy, effectiveness, and market relevance.
• Provide feedback on branding, positioning, and lead generation strategies to enhance AI outputs.
• Develop evaluation rubrics for market research, campaign performance, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams to improve system reasoning and reliability in sales and marketing contexts.
• Audit reports, market analyses, and promotional content for clarity, persuasion, and brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or business development at top-tier companies, agencies, or consultancies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, account management, B2B/B2C sales, product marketing, or growth strategy.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and campaign optimization.
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and persuasive writing skills.
• Must reside in the US, UK, or Canada.
