posted 4 months agoSales & Marketing Expert | $65–90/hr | Remote | Part-Time
Mercor is hiring senior sales and marketing professionals to design evaluation tasks for AI systems operating in Fortune 500 go-to-market environments. Contributors build enterprise GTM scenarios, draft reference outputs, and author rubrics that reflect how seasoned F500 operators think and make decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct enterprise sales scenarios covering $1M+ ACV deals, multi-stakeholder buying committees, and complex procurement cycles at F500 accounts.
- Build marketing tasks spanning F500 brand strategy, enterprise ABM, demand generation at scale, lifecycle marketing, and category positioning.
- Develop RevOps and GTM scenarios involving tools such as Salesforce Enterprise, Marketo, 6sense, Gong, and Outreach.
- Apply enterprise sales methodologies including MEDDIC, Challenger, and Force Management to produce reference deal strategies, account plans, and executive narratives.
- Author rubrics that distinguish authentic enterprise GTM judgment from generic playbook recall.
Ideal Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience selling, marketing, or running RevOps at a Fortune 500 enterprise software vendor (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Microsoft, AWS) or within an F500 brand or marketing organization (e.g., P&G, JPMorgan, Unilever, PepsiCo).
- Direct ownership of F500 accounts, brand campaigns, or enterprise demand programs.
- Fluency in enterprise GTM tooling, methodologies, and an understanding of how F500 budgets, procurement, and legal review actually operate.
- Prior experience with rubric writing, sales-enablement curriculum, or training content authorship is a strong plus.
Compensation & Structure
- Pay Rate: $65–$90/hr, determined by Mercor based on demonstrated expertise.
- Minimum Commitment: 20 hours per week.
- Onboarding through the Mercor Rubric Academy — a paid calibration program before live work begins.
- Strong contributors can advance into reviewer, lead, and domain SME roles with elevated compensation.
