Mercor is seeking experienced Sales Representatives in Wholesale and Manufacturing to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This is a flexible, remote opportunity to contribute your professional expertise to cutting-edge AI research while working independently on your own schedule.

About the Role

This engagement focuses on diagnosing and solving real-world issues within your domain. You'll leverage your sales and industry expertise to create tasks and deliverables that address common requests and challenges in wholesale and manufacturing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create tasks and deliverables related to common requests within your professional domain
• Apply your sales expertise to support AI research initiatives
• Work independently on project-based assignments

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in wholesale or manufacturing sales
• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Work Details

• Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule
• Expected workload: ~15 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 30+ hours
• Project duration: approximately 3-4 weeks
• Start date: immediately

Compensation & Contract Terms

• Independent contractor engagement through Mercor
• Hourly compensation: $90–150/hour
• Paid weekly via Stripe Connect
• Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods
