Key Responsibilities

• CRM Ownership: Manage, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform to ensure data integrity and seamless adoption across teams.
• Revenue Tools Management: Administer and integrate revenue-enabling tools beyond the CRM, ensuring cohesive workflows across the sales and customer success stack.
• Operational Judgment: Navigate policy conflicts and operational ambiguity with sound judgment, proposing scalable solutions that align with business goals.
• Data Accuracy & Reporting: Build and maintain reliable reporting frameworks that surface actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing operations and implement improvements that enhance team productivity and revenue outcomes.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations
