Scrum Master Expert at AfterQuery

Scrum Master Expert | $70–$110/hr | Worldwide Remote | Async & Paid Weekly

AFTERQUERY is seeking experienced Scrum Masters to help build agile delivery scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate and test model judgment. This is a flexible, fully remote contractor role with weekly pay and asynchronous collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Design and document realistic agile delivery scenarios that challenge AI model reasoning and judgment
• Apply your facilitation expertise to create authentic sprint ceremonies, backlog situations, and team coaching contexts
• Produce clear, well-reasoned written documentation of facilitation decisions and coaching approaches
• Contribute a minimum of 10 hours per week on a flexible, async schedule

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead for software teams
• Proven ability to facilitate the full agile ceremony cycle — from sprint planning through retrospectives
• Strong depth in backlog management, impediment removal, and team coaching practices
• Excellent written English skills for clearly documenting facilitation and coaching reasoning
• Availability to commit at least 10 hours per week
