About the Project

This initiative aims to deconstruct and map the complete end-to-end lifecycle of building a high-caliber Investor Deal Package. The work spans from proprietary deal sourcing through to a successfully closed acquisition, covering every critical deliverable along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate on institutional-grade financial models tailored for acquisition targets
• Create compelling investor slide decks that communicate deal thesis and value creation clearly
• Draft and refine the Investment Memorandum (IM) and all supporting collateral
• Map the full lifecycle of a search fund deal from sourcing to close
• Provide expert guidance on ETA best practices and investor expectations

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in search funds, private equity, or entrepreneurship through acquisition
• Strong background in financial modeling and investor communications
• Ability to produce polished, institutional-quality deal documentation
• Excellent strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills
