Responsibilities

• Lead sector coverage by monitoring companies, market trends, and industry developments
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts
• Prepare and publish research notes, coverage reports, and earnings summaries for institutional clients
• Collaborate with data teams to integrate automation, AI tools, and quantitative signals into research workflows
• Present findings and insights to senior analysts, clients, and internal teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sell-side equity research, covering a specific sector (e.g., tech, industrials, healthcare)
• Proficiency in Excel modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis
• Strong writing, presentation, and client communication skills
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, and exposure to data visualization or automation tools
• Quantitative mindset—able to blend traditional analysis with structured data insights
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or STEM preferred; CFA or progress toward it a plus
