About the Role

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, efficient, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop backend systems using languages such as C++, Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, and JavaScript
• Build and maintain DevOps pipelines and infrastructure automation
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and best practices
• Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in one or more of: C++, Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, JavaScript
• Strong experience with DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD, containerization, cloud infrastructure)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade software
