Senior Content & SEO Specialist | Contractor | Remote (Europe) | Up to 9 Weeks
Turing is seeking experienced Content and SEO Specialists based in Europe to help train and refine advanced AI systems. This is a short-term contractor engagement where your deep domain expertise directly shapes how AI understands and produces high-quality, search-optimized content.

Role Overview
In this role, you will create, evaluate, and refine realistic tasks covering content strategy, keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, content briefs, performance analysis, and organic growth. Your work ensures AI outputs are accurate, practical, and aligned with modern SEO best practices — helping AI deliver genuinely useful, audience-focused content.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce expert-level tasks and solutions that meet the quality standards of the assigned pod.
- Incorporate calibration feedback from senior reviewers and iterate accordingly.
- Apply rubric standards established by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in content strategy, SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record developing editorial strategies aligned with audience needs, search intent, brand positioning, and business goals.
- Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO — including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.
- Deep experience analyzing rankings, traffic, conversions, content performance, and competitive search trends using analytics platforms.
- Ability to lead SEO audits, prioritize opportunities, guide content teams, and deliver measurable organic growth strategies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
- Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is a plus, but not required.
Engagement Details
- Type: Contractor
- Duration: Up to 9 weeks
- Commitment: Minimum 4 hours/day, up to 40 hours/week, with at least 4 hours of overlap with PST
