Senior Customer Success Manager (AI Training) | Contractor | APAC/MEA | Worldwide Remote

Turing is seeking experienced Senior Customer Success Managers to help train and refine advanced AI systems. In this contractor role, you will create, evaluate, and improve realistic enterprise CSM tasks — covering onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and stakeholder management — helping AI produce accurate, customer-focused solutions grounded in real-world business practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions within the Customer Success domain.
• Review and calibrate team members' output and maintain day-to-day quality standards.
• Escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME Lead.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in Customer Success or account management, primarily within enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven ownership of strategic enterprise accounts, including complex customer lifecycles, renewals, retention, and revenue growth.
• Strong experience developing health-score frameworks, renewal playbooks, risk-management processes, and success metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and lead business reviews and escalations.
• Expertise in designing onboarding, adoption, value-realization, retention, and account-expansion strategies.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
• Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is a plus but not required.

Engagement Details

• Type: Contractor
• Duration: Up to 9 weeks
• Commitment: Minimum 4 hours/day, up to 40 hours/week, with at least 4 hours of overlap with PST
