Key Responsibilities
- Agentic Oversight: Design and implement frameworks to guide, monitor, and validate data outputs from agentic taskers, ensuring alignment with gold-standard benchmarks.
- Methodology Development: Create innovative methodologies to improve model performance through superior training data, including novel approaches to data collection and insight generation.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI models and tools to synthesize, evaluate, and interpret complex datasets, driving measurable improvements in data quality.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Research, Engineering, and Product teams as a key technical partner, defining data excellence standards across the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years using analytics to solve complex product or business problems, including database querying and advanced statistical analysis.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and automation.
