About the Customer Enablement Team
Our team helps builders, customers, and partners get the most out of our product suite: MetaMask, Infura, Linea, and CNFT. We focus on:
- Providing smooth product onboarding
- Conducting training to enhance Web3 building skills
- Offering technical support through code reviews, workshops, and programming sessions
Your Role
As a Senior Fullstack Enablement Engineer, you'll:
- Join our technical team to develop advanced decentralized applications (Dapps)
- Work with ecosystem builders using ConsenSys products
- Engage in onboarding, training, and technical enablement
- Collaborate on small Agile teams to enhance the development experience
- Become an expert on ConsenSys products
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and Ethereum ecosystem
- Hands-on experience in Web3 application development
- Expertise in either:
- Back-end development: TypeScript/Node.js (preferably Nest.js)
- Blockchain/smart contract development: Solidity, Ethereum, Web3.js or Ethers.js
- Willingness to learn other areas
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps best practices
- Experience in agile software development
- Client-facing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field
- Interest in DevOps, QA, and blockchain infrastructure
- Familiarity with ConsenSys products

Compensation (US-based candidates only)
$100,000 - $237,000 USD (excluding bonus, equity, or other benefits)
