Senior Litigation Attorney | $100–150/hr | Remote (US)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our legal team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with a strong command of US law and a proven track record in complex litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive litigation strategies across a range of legal disputes
• Apply sharp adversarial reasoning to anticipate opposing arguments and craft compelling counterpositions
• Provide direction and mentorship to case teams, ensuring cohesive and effective legal execution
• Manage all phases of litigation, from pre-trial preparation through resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other court filings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep expertise in US law and federal/state court procedures
• Demonstrated experience in litigation strategy and case management
• Strong adversarial reasoning and analytical capabilities
• Proven ability to lead and direct case teams effectively
• Active bar membership in good standing

This is a fully remote contract opportunity open to qualified candidates based in the United States. Compensation ranges from $100 to $150 per hour, commensurate with experience.
