In this role, you'll apply your deep consulting expertise to create, evaluate, and refine complex business scenarios — teaching AI to think like a top-tier strategy consultant. This is a short-term contractor engagement ideal for seasoned professionals looking to contribute to cutting-edge AI development.

Role Overview

Rather than delivering traditional client engagements, you'll leverage your consulting judgment to improve the quality, accuracy, and practical value of AI-generated outputs — including strategic recommendations, business cases, and executive-level communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in strategy and management consulting.
• Review and calibrate team members' outputs, maintaining day-to-day quality standards.
• Escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME Lead.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of strategy/management consulting experience at Engagement Manager to Principal level.
• Background at a top-tier or boutique consulting firm; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Deep expertise in strategy, operating-model design, and business-case structuring.
• Proven track record leading engagements, managing teams, and ensuring deliverable quality.
• Strong analytical and executive-writing skills for reviewing and improving complex AI-generated content.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
• Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is a plus but not required.

Engagement Details

• Type: Contractor
• Duration: Up to 9 weeks
• Commitment: Minimum 4 hours/day, up to 40 hours/week, with at least 4 hours of overlap with PST
