  • Apply and enforce rubric standards set by the Functional SME Lead.
  • Identify and escalate edge cases, rare clinical paradoxes, and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME Lead.
  • Participate in calibration sessions and revision cycles to continuously elevate the complexity and precision of pod outputs.

Requirements

  • Core Competencies: Expert fluency in clinical pharmacotherapy, complex drug-drug and drug-disease interaction reviews, patient-specific dosing adjustments (renal/hepatic impairment), clinical decision-making, and medication safety protocols.
  • Deliverable History: Proven track record producing pharmacotherapeutic treatment plans, complex dosing regimens, drug regimen reviews (DRRs), adverse event evaluations, and clinical drug monograph analyses.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate intricate patient profiles, identify subtle drug-related problems, and apply rigorous clinical rationale.
  • Communication: Superior written communication skills for creating nuanced clinical scenarios, professional recommendations, and detailed evaluation rubrics.
  • Leadership: Ability to own quality, calibrate peer outputs, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is preferred but not required.
