About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects that shape the future of retail. You'll serve as the critical bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating strategy into execution with clarity and precision. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects through the full lifecycle — from initiation through completion.
- Translate complex technical details into clear action plans for diverse stakeholders.
- Break down ambiguous, large-scale initiatives into structured, executable components.
- Drive implementation and development of retail systems including POS, ERP, CRM, AV, and in-store demo technologies.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations, Product Marketing, Enterprise Systems, Retail Design, Retail Finance, and Product Management teams.
- Present project status, risks, and progress updates to senior leadership.
- Operate effectively in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with a consistent focus on delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of project or program management experience within a DTC consumer electronics, retail, technology, or premium hospitality environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, MS Project, or Wrike.
- Deep hands-on experience with retail systems implementation (POS, ERP, CRM, AV, Demo).
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.
- PMP, Agile, or similar project/portfolio management certification.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills across all organizational levels.
