Join a prestigious tech company's 1P Retail Operations & Technology team, where cutting-edge technology meets immersive in-person retail experiences. This is a high-impact, hands-on project management role driving the operational and technological backbone of innovative retail stores.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects that shape the future of retail. You'll serve as the critical bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating strategy into execution with clarity and precision. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects through the full lifecycle — from initiation through completion.
  • Translate complex technical details into clear action plans for diverse stakeholders.
  • Break down ambiguous, large-scale initiatives into structured, executable components.
  • Drive implementation and development of retail systems including POS, ERP, CRM, AV, and in-store demo technologies.
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations, Product Marketing, Enterprise Systems, Retail Design, Retail Finance, and Product Management teams.
  • Present project status, risks, and progress updates to senior leadership.
  • Operate effectively in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with a consistent focus on delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience within a DTC consumer electronics, retail, technology, or premium hospitality environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, MS Project, or Wrike.
  • Deep hands-on experience with retail systems implementation (POS, ERP, CRM, AV, Demo).

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • PMP, Agile, or similar project/portfolio management certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills across all organizational levels.
