About the Role:
Mercor is seeking experienced Sales & Marketing leaders to join an AI research project shaping the next generation of intelligent sales and marketing tools. You’ll evaluate, calibrate, and help build AI agents capable of replicating and enhancing complex real-world workflows, from strategy to campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate sales & marketing outputs from AI systems for quality, realism, and accuracy
Calibrate AI-driven processes like campaign generation, performance analysis, and lead prospecting
Create high-quality sales & marketing assets (playbooks, interview guides, campaign concepts)
Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to refine tools and workflows
Ideal Qualifications:
3+ years in a Sales, Marketing, or Advertising-related role, or relevant graduate education
Experience at an elite consulting firm, top school, or in a senior leadership position
Expertise in strategy development, campaign management, and customer journey design
Track record of building impactful sales/marketing assets (campaigns, journeys, playbooks)
Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills
Project Details:
Start Date: July 26th
Duration: 6 weeks
Commitment: ~20 hours per week, fully remote and asynchronous
