About the Role

Mercor is partnering with leading AI labs to recruit exceptional Senior Software Engineers for cutting-edge research projects. You'll be working on sophisticated programming tasks including debugging, refactoring, and writing test cases for complex code repositories.

Ideal Candidates

• Possess deep expertise in one or more languages: Rust, Ruby, Go, C++, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Python
• Have 3+ years of industry experience with at least one of these languages
• Or have made significant contributions to complex open-source projects
