Ideal Candidates
- Possess deep expertise in one or more languages: Rust, Ruby, Go, C++, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Python
- Have 3+ years of industry experience with at least one of these languages
- Or have made significant contributions to complex open-source projects
