MICRO1 is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic team of experts. This contractor role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives in complex codebases and delivers high-quality, performant software solutions across multiple languages and paradigms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software using Python 3, Java, Rust, TypeScript, and C++
• Implement new features and resolve bugs across existing systems
• Lead codebase refactoring efforts to improve maintainability and scalability
• Optimize application performance through profiling and algorithmic improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust engineering solutions

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python 3, Java, and Rust
• Working knowledge of TypeScript and C++
• Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Proven experience with bug fixing, feature development, and performance optimization

Compensation
