Senior hands-on engineering role designing, developing, integrating, and supporting secure ServiceNow solutions for legal services, working with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk, Security, and Digital & Technology teams.
What You'll Do
- Design and configure ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery solutions covering legal requests, matters, engagements, playbooks, knowledge, document workflows, workspaces, portals, and enterprise integrations.
- Build secure, reusable platform components with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine, JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and scoped applications.
- Contribute to solution planning, technical design reviews, release management, upgrades, production support, risk remediation, and technical-debt reduction.
- Implement governed AI use cases using Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, AI Agent Studio, Now Assist Skill Kit, and Build Agent for legal-service workflows such as intake, triage, summarization, knowledge discovery, routing, and workflow automation, with human oversight, access controls, and auditability.
- Partner with Legal Operations, Compliance, Privacy, Risk, Security, Procurement, Finance, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, and communicate decisions, risks, and delivery status clearly.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and Legal Service Delivery or comparable enterprise legal-operations workflow solutions.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- 8-10 years of ServiceNow experience, including hands-on design, development, integration, testing, and support of enterprise solutions.
- Experience delivering solutions for Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk, Security, or similarly controlled business functions in a global, matrixed environment.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow security, ACLs, roles, data governance, REST/SOAP APIs, Performance Analytics, ATF, CI/CD, and platform operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, Legal Operations, or a related field; advanced degree is advantageous.

- Now Assist: configure and apply generative AI capabilities to module workflows.
- AI Agent Studio: design, test, and govern task-oriented AI agents.
- Virtual Agent: build conversational topics, routing, and self-service journeys.
- Predictive Intelligence: apply classification, similarity, and routing models.
- AI Search: configure search sources, relevancy, and knowledge discovery.
- Now Assist Skill Kit and Build Agent: extend AI skills and accelerate governed development.
