Join a cutting-edge semiconductor team as a Silicon CAD Engineer IV, where you'll lead comprehensive power analysis across the full RTL-to-GDSII design flow. This is a high-impact, full-time role embedded within a leading technology client team, administered through Cincinnatus (employer of record).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive power analysis at multiple design stages, from RTL through GDSII.
• Develop, improve, and automate power analysis flows, including large-scale dataset gathering and automated power modeling processes.
• Investigate power inefficiencies and deliver actionable feedback to RTL design teams to drive optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with RTL-to-GDSII design flow in advanced technology nodes (7nm and below).
• Deep expertise in low-power implementation and signoff, including power gating, multiple voltage rails, and Unified Power Format (UPF).
• Proven proficiency with industry-standard power analysis tools such as PrimeTime PX and PrimePower.
• Strong scripting skills, particularly in Python, with experience in ML/AI frameworks.
• Solid working knowledge of RTL design principles.
• Experience with RTL power optimization tools such as Power-Artist.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with synthesis and Place and Route (PnR) flows.
• Background in analyzing IP design for power characteristics and building runtime estimation models for software/firmware teams.
• Skills in data analysis and machine learning-based modeling approaches.
• Master's degree in a related field.
