Key Responsibilities

• Apply computer-aided engineering (CAE) and mechanical simulation expertise to complex research and engineering challenges.
• Leverage AI coding agents — including tools like Codex, Claude Code, and Claude Science — to accelerate workflows and problem-solving.
• Debug and navigate large, complex codebases with precision and efficiency.
• Produce clear, thorough technical documentation for engineering processes and findings.
• Analyze and optimize engineering workflows to improve performance and scalability.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively, both in writing and verbally, to cross-functional teams.
• Adapt quickly to emerging technologies and evolving project requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong background in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) and mechanical simulation.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, Claude Science).
