Singapore Domestic Tax Specialist | $95–125/hr | Worldwide Remote

Mercor is seeking experienced Singapore Domestic Tax Specialists to review and validate AI-generated tax research focused on Singapore domestic taxation. This is a short-term, part-time engagement (10–20 hours/week) ideal for seasoned tax professionals looking to contribute to cutting-edge AI development in the legal and tax domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Singapore tax research questions and AI-generated responses for technical accuracy
• Validate legal reasoning and tax conclusions against current law and practice
• Evaluate IRAS guidance, statutory references, and regulatory materials
• Improve gold-standard answers and grading rubrics used for model evaluation
• Verify recent legislative and policy updates relevant to Singapore taxation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Singapore tax experience
• Accredited Tax Practitioner (Singapore), CA Singapore, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional qualification
• Deep expertise in Singapore domestic tax law, including the Income Tax Act, GST Act, and related legislation
• Proven experience with IRAS rulings and regulatory guidance
• Experience drafting tax memoranda and advisory opinions
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
