Sinhala Voice & QA Expert | $8–12/hr | Remote – Sri Lanka

Mercor is hiring on behalf of a leading AI company seeking native or fluent Sinhala speakers to help build and quality-check AI-powered voice agents. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role based in Sri Lanka with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls in Sinhala following provided conversation scenarios
• Evaluate calls for accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness
• QA Sinhala conversations and flag linguistic or quality issues
• Provide clear, structured written feedback on findings
• Participate in periodic check-ins and team updates as needed

Requirements

• Native or fluent Sinhala speaker
• Based in Sri Lanka
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear and effective written communication skills

Nice to Have

• Customer service background
• Experience in data annotation or QA roles
