Mercor is seeking talented social media influencers to create engaging, high-quality digital content for multimedia datasets designed to test and demonstrate advanced AI systems. This part-time, project-based role involves producing authentic, on-camera content that aligns with structured prompts and project themes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film short-form, platform-ready video content following structured prompts and project guidelines
• Annotate, caption, and evaluate various video, image, and influencer content
• Deliver clear, confident, and natural on-camera communication tailored to target audiences
• Ensure all content meets technical standards for lighting, audio clarity, framing, and visual quality
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and maintain a consistent content delivery schedule

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience creating high-engagement content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Snapchat
• Proven track record of producing relatable, on-camera content with strong audience engagement
• Ability to quickly interpret scripts or prompts and transform them into polished short-form videos
• Strong understanding of platform aesthetics, pacing, and storytelling techniques
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality outputs

• Duration: 2–4 week project-based engagement
