What You'll Do
- Support software, AI, IT, and data initiatives through structured evaluation and design tasks
- Design and refine LLM prompts to guide and improve model behavior
- Evaluate and assess model outputs using Rubric-style frameworks
- Contribute expertise in IT transformation, data architecture, or ML systems as needed
Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience working with Mercor on Rubric-style tasks is strongly preferred
- Confident in prompt engineering and evaluating generative AI outputs
- Deep background in one or more of: software engineering, data science, ML, or IT architecture
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely on an hourly basis
This role is open to qualified professionals worldwide. Hourly rate ranges from $100 to $200 depending on experience and scope of work.
