Mercor is recruiting experienced Software Developers as independent contractors for a research project with one of the world's top AI companies. This unique opportunity involves leveraging your professional expertise to design occupation-specific questions related to software development.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-time work experience as a Software Developer
• Based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada
• Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
• Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT visa status candidates

Project Details:

• Fully asynchronous work that fits around your schedule
• Project duration: approximately 3-4 weeks after onboarding
