- Responsibilities:
- Define and analyze key metrics for ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to inform product decisions.
- Develop dashboards and data models for team self-service insights.
- Collaborate with engineers to enhance data quality and latency.
- Prototype models to improve candidate matching and scoring.
- Contribute to LLM-powered agent evaluation through rubrics and human-in-the-loop studies.
- Qualifications:
- 0–2 years in data science, analytics, or similar roles.
- BS/BA in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experiment design.
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: Experience with dbt, dashboarding tools, marketplace/search metrics, or LLM evaluation.
