• Responsibilities:
  • Define and analyze key metrics for ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to inform product decisions.
  • Develop dashboards and data models for team self-service insights.
  • Collaborate with engineers to enhance data quality and latency.
  • Prototype models to improve candidate matching and scoring.
  • Contribute to LLM-powered agent evaluation through rubrics and human-in-the-loop studies.
• Qualifications:
  • 0–2 years in data science, analytics, or similar roles.
  • BS/BA in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experiment design.
  • Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus: Experience with dbt, dashboarding tools, marketplace/search metrics, or LLM evaluation.
