About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and talented entry-level Software Engineer to join our backend and infrastructure team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career engineers eager to tackle real-world challenges, rapidly ship high-quality code, and learn from experienced technical mentors.
You will immediately contribute to critical backend systems that power innovative AI-driven products, working on impactful projects from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy scalable backend APIs, services, and infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with product and design teams to quickly deliver new features.
Write high-quality, maintainable code and contribute to comprehensive technical documentation.
Participate actively in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile retrospectives.
Solve practical customer problems efficiently under real-world constraints.
Ideal Qualifications:
Completed internships or experience at top tech companies (e.g., Google, Meta, Stripe) or high-growth startups.
Proven track record of shipping impressive side projects or contributions to open-source software.
Strong analytical thinking, ability to tackle ambiguity, and effective problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with modern backend frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
Exceptional curiosity, perseverance, and potential for growth.
Technical Requirements:
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Rust.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
Experience with APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud infrastructure.
