Mercor is seeking skilled Software Engineers with expertise in Go and code review to support the evaluation of cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you will audit real GitHub issues, pull requests, and test cases to assess code quality and contribute to AI model development.

• Analyze and review code from diverse GitHub repositories
• Evaluate bug fixes and code quality to support AI research
• Collaborate asynchronously, working 20+ hours per week
• Engage with large-scale codebases and open-source projects
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines and testing practices
• Interpret and triage real-world issue reports and pull requests
