- Perform realistic coding tasks on real-world codebases using advanced coding agents (e.g., Codex, Claude Code).
- Contribute to open source projects and maintain public personal projects on GitHub.
- Work remotely and asynchronously, with flexible hours (10–20 per week, potential for 40).
- Minimum engagement of 2 weeks, with possible extension.
- Applicants must hold a Computer Science degree from a top university in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand and currently reside in one of these countries.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills required.
