• Key Responsibilities:
• Ship production code weekly across Python, Go, and React/Next.js services.
• Design and implement new microservices for real-time ranking, interview analytics, and financial payouts.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize and harden LLM-powered agents.
• Engage directly with users to gather feedback and transform pain points into robust features.
• Own features end-to-end, from concept to deployment.

• What We’re Looking For:
• Strong computer science fundamentals and demonstrable projects.
• Ability to iterate quickly and deliver polished, high-performance products.
• Curiosity about LLMs, retrieval, and ranking is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn from experienced engineers from top tech companies.
