- Key Responsibilities:
- Ship production code weekly across Python, Go, and React/Next.js services.
- Design and implement new microservices for real-time ranking, interview analytics, and financial payouts.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize and harden LLM-powered agents.
- Engage directly with users to gather feedback and transform pain points into robust features.
- Own features end-to-end, from concept to deployment.
- What We’re Looking For:
- Strong computer science fundamentals and demonstrable projects.
- Ability to iterate quickly and deliver polished, high-performance products.
- Curiosity about LLMs, retrieval, and ranking is a plus.
