Join a pioneering AI research team as a Software Engineering AI Tutor and help shape the next generation of foundational AI models. This flexible, remote contract role is ideal for experienced software engineers with a passion for AI and coding excellence.
- Collaborate directly with AI research teams to enhance model performance in the software engineering domain.
- Establish annotation standards and develop rigorous evaluation frameworks for coding tasks.
- Design and solve challenging, domain-relevant software engineering problems, providing detailed solutions and feedback.
- Work with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in AI training data.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher
- Minimum 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Familiarity with AI, algorithms, data structures, full stack development, or distributed systems
- Currently residing in the US
- Availability for 20–40 hours/week, including regular calibration calls
