• Collaborate directly with AI research teams to enhance model performance in the software engineering domain.
• Establish annotation standards and develop rigorous evaluation frameworks for coding tasks.
• Design and solve challenging, domain-relevant software engineering problems, providing detailed solutions and feedback.
• Work with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in AI training data.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher
• Minimum 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Familiarity with AI, algorithms, data structures, full stack development, or distributed systems
• Currently residing in the US
• Availability for 20–40 hours/week, including regular calibration calls
