Role Overview

Join our Human Data team to create cutting-edge training data for large language models. You'll work directly with technical teams to develop high-quality datasets for model training and benchmarking.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and curate code examples in Python, JavaScript (React), C/C++, and Java
• Review and optimize AI-generated code for efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI solutions
• Ensure enterprise-level quality standards in all deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency
• 2+ years of software development experience or equivalent public portfolio
• Expert in Python or JavaScript (React experience preferred)
• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Experience with: Databases, SQL, Kubernetes, Spark, Kafka, gRPC, AWS

Preferred Qualifications

• Open source contributions or high Stack Overflow reputation
• Programming competition achievements
• Adaptability and strong logical reasoning
• Passion for developing truthful AI systems

Technical Requirements

• Computer running Windows 10 or macOS BigSur 11.0+

Work Schedule & Location

• Full-time (40hrs/week): 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM in your timezone
• Part-time (20-29hrs/week): Flexible scheduling with 10+ weekday hours
• Fully remote position
• First week: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST for onboarding
• Not available in Wyoming or Illinois (US)
• No visa sponsorship available

Compensation

• $55-65 per hour
• Full-time roles: Medical benefits (varies by country)
• Part-time roles: No benefits package
