AFTERQUERY is seeking ASHA-certified Speech Language Pathologists to develop communication and swallowing scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate model judgment and clinical reasoning.

This is a fully remote, asynchronous contract role — work on your own schedule with weekly pay.

What You'll Do

• Design and document realistic clinical scenarios involving speech, language, and dysphagia
• Provide expert-level written reasoning to help AI systems better understand complex communication and swallowing disorders
• Contribute to the development of evaluation benchmarks used by leading AI research teams

Requirements

• Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification with an unencumbered state license
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical practice post-Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Demonstrated depth in pediatric or adult populations across speech, language, or dysphagia
• Strong written English skills for clearly documenting clinical reasoning
• Availability to commit at least 10 hours per week
